Dean Transport 94 Ltd in its present form was set up in 1994 from the existing transport company named William Dean & Sons. To start with a fleet ranging of flat, curtain sided and articulated vehicles. We bought our first crane vehicle in 1995 and gradually the truck fleet got smaller and smaller until we were only running 2 crane vehicles.
However, crane mounted truck work became more and more in demand and accordingly we started to expand the fleet once more to the point where we are today running crane trucks. Because of the nature of all requirements in health and safety law this led to us offering lifting gear and tackle inspection and certification servicing in 2007.
In 1996 we opened an MOT testing workshop catering to cars and vans which then led onto offering crash repairs and refinishing work.
In late 2012 we started offering our first outside training courses, starting with Lorry Loader operator training and Slinger/Signaller Training.
